唐遥博士为北京大学光华管理学院应用经济学系副教授，中信改革发展研究基金会研究员。2009年加拿大不列颠哥伦比亚大学经济学博士毕业。2009到2016年在美国的鲍登学院（Bowdoin College）任教，历任助理教授、副教授。主要研究方向为宏观经济学、国际经济学和碳中和经济学。

Dr. TANG Yao is an associate professor in the department of applied economics, a research fellow at the CITIC Foundation for Reform and Development. He holds a PhD. in Economics from University of British Columbia in 2009. He was an associate professor from Bowdoin College in United States before he joined Guanghua. His research interests include monetary economics, international economics and carbon neutrality.

马力教授在华盛顿大学取得管理学博士学位。他的研究专长为跨国谈判、冲突管理、参与式管理，特别是在国际情景下。曾在MIT Sloan Management Review, Leadership Quarterly, Human Relations, Journal of Organizational Behavior, 《心理学报》, 《管理世界》, 《经济科学》, 《管理工程学报》等学术期刊发表研究成果。

Professor Li MA obtained his Ph.D. from Washington University in St. Louis. He studies negotiation, conflict management, and participative management, especially in international contexts.His publications appear in journals such as MIT Sloan Management Review, Leadership Quarterly, Human Relations, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology, Management and Organization Review, Journal of International Business Studies, and a number of Chinese academic journals.
