Swaminathan for Global and Digital Supply Chain Management. In this lesson, we are equipped with the knowledge of 3Cs supply chain: Configuration, Coordination and Customization and how these framework defines the success or failure of any company. After going through the innovative management of great companies, such as: Walmart, Zara, Amazon and Maersk by case studies, we found that each of these companieshave outstanding ideas to make their operations efficient and flexible, demonstrating increments of revenues, demands or profits and reducing substantially costs.</span></p> <p></p> <p style="text-align: justify; line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">Meanwhile, we have the opportunity to practice a simulation learning program by using the updating software. The simulation of Harvard Business School allowed us to learn about how to analyze the cost and demand, forecast production and coordinate suppliers, in the case, we managed to create bigger profits and convinced a board about our decisions in the platform.</span></p> <p></p> <p style="text-align: justify; line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">It's of great use for me to experiencetwo different business models, Finally we share the highlights witheach group in different fields.
