Associate Dean College of Business, Missouri State University.

Dr.Ragan graduated from University of Missouri with a Ph.D. degree in finance, and he has been teaching in College of Business, Missouri State University since 2000. He was a professor and chair of the Department of Finance before becoming associate dean in 2019 with responsibility in graduate studies and international programs.
