全中国正在开展抗击新冠肺炎疫情的“战役”中。身处海外的公管毕业生和校内的国际学生通过视频和信件给我们发来慰问与祝福。

公管学院2012级国际公共管理硕士项目（IMPA）的校友柯好（Kraffa Blaise）自发录制视频，从科特迪瓦发来慰问，表达对清华和中国抗击疫情的支持、问候和祝福。柯好同学在视频中说，他一直关注中国的新型冠状病毒疫情情况，相信中国一定能够战胜疫情，他在科特迪瓦为清华和中国祈福。

来自南苏丹的2019级IMPA在读学生王伽尔（Awuol Gabriel Arok）在学校录制问候视频并专门写了慰问信发送给中国驻南苏丹大使馆和清华大学，以他在中国的切身经历描述了他对中国政府高效率地控制疫情的赞赏，并对中国战胜新冠疫情充满信心。他认为清华大学在抗疫期间采取的一系列应对举措和机制，如在线雨课堂等数字教学方式、随时关注在校学生健康情况等都非常有效，学校在疫情期间的工作卓有成效。

The Letter from Beijing

Great China will soon triumph over COVID-19 with heroism; Chinese government has massively put up some paramount measures toward the fight against COVID-19.

After every incident the dusts must settle, throughout the history of mankind our dear but demanding planet has experienced both fangs of happiness and hardship and above it all nothing has ever gone beyond the nape of mankind, our caring hands are capable of handling all the provocative phenomena such as diseases outbreak and natural disasters.

Generally, China has been known for great history which had attracted much adoration across the globe, out of every episode China has always been fond of adding new page of history into its rich documentaries.History has already been recorded in Great China and within the beautiful City of Wuhan, the historic building of Huoshenshan Hospital that only lasted for 10 days to completion has saved many lives in China and beyond its borders, that step in its purest stand has clearly exposed China ability to manage its vast population without excuses.

We the foreign students in China are standing behind our various Universities and the Chinese Government in the fight against the outbreak, in response to effective mechanisms on the virus control Tsinghua University has opened its online Winter Classes on Monday the 17th Feb, 2020.

The day was one of the busiest days as our dedicated University Professors switched on their digital tools of instructions through the online Rain Classroom, Zoom and other platforms for the online classes.

Many institutions of learning in China including Tsinghua University have done a remarkable work in reference to learning out of the campus and schools environments, and as a matter of fact the lectures and teachings are going on well and hopefully soon then later all the students would return to their respective Universities and Schools for their normal classes.

Our fight against the outbreak is real and together we can push and defeat the uncertainty.

Thank you China, where there is a will there’s a way and when care is deliver the love appear and their union is undisputed victory.The mighty Yangtze River will clean any strange roaming dust out of China and great Wuhan city.Never are you alone China.Victory China.

清华大学国际公共管理硕士（IMPA）项目是受商务部委托开设，由中国政府提供全额奖学金的全国首个全英文教育援外硕士学位项目，迄今已经连续举办11年。该项目是清华服务国家战略，实施面向国际开放办学全球化战略的具体体现。自2008年至2019年，IMPA项目共录取363人，来自76个国家，已毕业337人，现有在读学生23人。
