Shandong University

山东大学是一所历史悠久、学科齐全、实力雄厚、特色鲜明，在国内外具有重要影响的教育部直属重点综合性大学，是世界一流大学建设高校。近年来山东大学实现了跨越式发展，学校的综合水平和办学质量明显提升，国际影响力显著增强。现有国家级各类平台基地26个，教育部人文社会科学重点研究基地4个，部委级平台51个，另有省级重点实验室和工程技术研究中心等省级科研平台150余个。目前有19个学科的学术影响力和贡献能力进入ESI世界排名前1%，5个学科进入ESI前1‰，与30多个国家和地区的200余所学校签署了校际合作协议。

Shandong University, or SDU – under the direct jurisdiction of the Ministry of Education – is a key comprehensive university with a long and honorable history, a broad variety of disciplines, strong academic strength and distinctive characteristics, which has had a great influence both at home and abroad. Shandong University has developed by leaps and bounds in recent years. SDU boasts 26 State-level research platforms, four key social science research bases approved by the Ministry of Education, 51 ministerial level platforms and more than 150 provincial key laboratories and provincial engineering technology research centers. At present, 18 subjects have been listed in the top one percent of subjects in the Essential Science Indicators (ESI), an index showing the competitiveness of a subject published by the Institute for Scientific Information. In addition, five of the university’s subjects were listed in the top 1‰ in the ESI rankings.SDU has also established cooperation with nearly 200 universities in more than 30 countries or regions.

历经几代学人耕耘与付出，山东大学管理学院已经拥有完整的办学体系、优秀的师资队伍、一流的教学品质、显著的科研成绩。学院目前拥有工商管理、管理科学与工程2个一级学科，设有战略与创新创业、领导力与组织管理、市场营销学、公司金融、会计学、文化与旅游、项目管理与工业工程、信息系统与供应链管理8个系，并设立山东省公司治理研究中心、山东省经济管理研究基地、山东省人才发展战略研究院、山东大学旅游产业研究院等高水平研究机构，形成了贯通“本硕博”一体的多学科交叉人才培养体系。在全国第四轮学科评估中，工商管理学科获评A-，在国内位居前列。

Through tireless efforts of generations of faculty members and students, the School of Management has established a complete school system, an excellent faculty, first-class teaching quality, and remarkable research achievements. Currently, the School includes 2 first-class disciplines (Business Administration, Management Science and Engineering), 8 departments (Strategy and Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Leadership and Organizational Management, Marketing, Corporate Finance, Accounting, Culture and Tourism, Project Management and Industrial Engineering, Information System and Supply Chain Management), as well as high-level research institutions like Shandong Institute of Talent Development Strategy, Shandong University Corporate Governance Research Center, and Shandong University Tourism Industry Research Institute, forming a teaching system for interdisciplinary talents that integrates bachelor\'s, master\'s and doctoral degrees. In the 2017 national fourth round of disciplinary assessments, the results of the business administration discipline assessment were A-.The School of Management has greater influence and higher recognition countrywide.

优秀青年科学基金项目（海外）旨在吸引和鼓励在自然科学、工程技术等方面已取得较好成绩的海外优秀青年学者（含非华裔外籍人才）回国（来华）工作，自主选择研究方向开展创新性研究，促进青年科学技术人才的快速成长，培养一批有望进入世界科技前沿的优秀学术骨干，为科技强国建设贡献力量。

The Science Fund Program for Distinguished Young Scholars (Overseas) aims to attract and encourage outstanding young scholars from overseas (including non-Chinese foreign talents) who have made achievements in natural science, engineering and technology to return to China and carry out innovative research in their own choice of research direction, promote the rapid growth of young scientific and technological talents, cultivate a number of outstanding academic backbones who are expected to reach the frontier of science and technology in the world, and contribute to building national strength in science and technology.

# 支持待遇 #

Remuneration and Support

1. 高起点岗位发展：聘任为事业编制长聘教授，博士生导师，绿色通道聘任为山东大学杰出中青年学者（第一层次）。

2. 具有竞争力的薪酬：基础年薪不低于80万元（全口径薪酬），综合收入上不封顶。

3. 充足的科研经费保障：300-700万元（含国家和省拨经费）。

4. 优良的工作和生活条件：提供安家及住房补助200万元（免税，含国家及山东省补助）；根据学校统一安排，可享受优惠价格购买龙山校区住房一套；可申请学校专家公寓优惠租住，或租房补贴1500元/月；符合条件者可额外享受属地购房补贴、生活和租房补贴等，济南最高可申请25万元留济补贴，1500元/月租房补贴。

(1)Academic title: Tenure track Professors and doctoral student supervisor.Be able to apply for the distinguished youngscholars in SDU through a green channel(First Level).

(2)Competitive salary: (withbasic annual pay 800,000 RMB), and uncapped comprehensive income are available.

(3)Funds for research development: about 3 to 7 million RMB, including funding from the national government.

(4)Working and Living conditions: Housing benefits: 2 million RMB (taxfree, including allowance from the national and provincial governments). SDU Experts’ Apartments are available at preferential rent or1,500RMB/month forrenting subsidiary; purchase house on Longshan campus at a preferential price according to SDU’sarrangement; Eligible applicantscan additionally enjoy Jinan’s housing subsidy, living (maximum of 250,000) and rental subsidy (1,500 RMB/month), etc.

(5)Othersupport conditions: The Qilu Hospital of Shandong University and other affiliated hospitals provide high-quality health care services for SDU\'s teaching and administrative staff, and Shandong SDU Fundamental Education Group provides the country\'s highest-quality basic education for the children of faculty and staff. ApplicationQualifications

1. 遵守中华人民共和国法律法规，具有良好的科学道德，自觉践行新时代科学家精神；

2. 出生日期在1982年1月1日（含）以后；

3. 具有博士学位；

4. 研究方向主要为管理、经济等相关学科；

5. 在2022年4月15日前，一般应在海外高校、科研机构、企业研发机构获得正式教学或者科研职位，且具有连续36个月以上工作经历；在海外取得博士学位且业绩特别突出的，可适当放宽工作年限要求；

6. 取得同行专家认可的科研或技术等成果，且具有成为该领域学术带头人或杰出人才的发展潜力；

7. 申请人尚未全职回国（来华）工作，或者2021年1月1日以后回国（来华）工作。获资助通知后须辞去海外工作或在海外无工作，全职回国（来华）工作不少于3年。

限项要求：

执行中央有关部门关于国家科技人才计划统筹衔接的要求。同层次国家科技人才计划支持期内只能承担一项，不能逆层次申请。

Applicants of Science Fund Program for Distinguished Young Scholars (Overseas) should meet the following conditions:

(1) Abide by the laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China, have good scientific ethics, and consciously practice the spirit of scientists in the new era;

(2) Have a date of birth after January 1, 1982;

(3) Havedoctorate degree;

(4) The research direction is mainly in Management, Economy etc.;

(5) Before April 15, 2022, the applicant should have obtained a formal teaching or research position in an overseas university, scientific research institution, or corporate research and development institution, and have more than 36 months of continuous work experience; for those who have obtained a doctorate degree overseas and have particularly outstanding performance, the limitation of work experience may be appropriately relaxed;

(6) The applicant shall have obtained the achievement of scientific research or technology and other achievements recognized by peer experts, and have the development potential of becoming an academic leader or outstanding talent in related field;

(7) The applicant has not yet returned to work in China (to China) on a full-time basis, or returned (came) to work in China after January1, 2021. The applicant must resign from the overseas work or have no work overseas after being notified of the grant of funding and return (come) to work in China full-time for at least 3 years.

Those who applied for or are undertaking the Science Fund Program for Distinguished Young Scholars in the current year are not allowed to apply for Science Fund Program for Distinguished Young Scholars (Overseas).
