The Guanghua-Kellogg EMBA program invites you to attend a sample class and information session on Saturday, June 26 in Shanghai. Managing Foreign Firms: Whose Way?

在市场全球化的浪潮之下，国际经济相互依存，企业越来越多的从事跨国经营、参与国际竞争与合作。随着外企入驻中国市场、中国公司向国际投资发展，经营者的管理模式也愈加决定着跨国公司本土化的成败。面对不同的国情、政策、技术和人才，外国公司究竟该如何平衡内核传统与他乡之俗？母公司的模式还能否在当地市场畅通无阻？本期课程中，马力教授将通过实际案例，为您从运营业务、本地事务、人员管理等多层面分析针对外国公司的最优管理逻辑和方式。

The modern wave of globalization has driven countries to become more economically interdependent and companies to engage in more international cooperation and competition. As multinational companies have expanded into China and vice versa, finding the optimal management approach to localization has become increasingly important to their success. When confronted with different regulations, policies, technology, and workforces, how should multinational companies balance local needs and their management practices? In this lecture, Prof. Li Ma will evaluate the cases of various multinational firms, examining their operations, personnel management, and the local business landscape to reveal their most successful management approaches and practices.
