In this lecture, Professor MA will evaluate the cases of various multinational firms, examining their operations, personnel management, and the local business landscape to reveal their most successful management approaches and practices.

马 力 教授Professor Li MA

马力教授在华盛顿大学取得管理学博士学位。他的研究专长为跨国谈判、冲突管理、参与式管理，特别是在国际情景下。曾在MIT Sloan Management Review, Leadership Quarterly, Human Relations, Journal of Organizational Behavior, 《心理学报》, 《管理世界》, 《经济科学》, 《管理工程学报》等学术期刊发表研究成果。

Professor Li MA obtained his Ph.D. from Washington University in St. Louis. He studies negotiation, conflict management, and participative management, especially in international contexts.His publications appear in journals such as MIT Sloan Management Review, Leadership Quarterly, Human Relations, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology, Management and Organization Review, Journal of International Business Studies, and a number of Chinese academic journals.
