应聘条件

1.理想信念坚定，有较强的使命感、责任感。热爱教育事业，对国家的教育对外开放战略、“双一流”战略和长三角一体化战略等有较为深刻的理解，熟悉国际化办学情况。具有良好的师德师风，坚持原则、办事公正、治学严谨、团结协作、乐于奉献。

2.具有丰富的国内外一流大学或研究院（所）的教学科研经历，具有教授或相当专业技术职务，在数字化经济、金融、管理等领域有较大影响力。

3.有强烈的事业心和开拓精神，具备较强的驾驭全局、解决复杂问题的能力，具备较高的行政管理水平和较强的统筹协调能力。

4.英语流利，有较强的跨文化交流能力，有海外学习、教学、研究工作经历者优先。

5.身体健康，年龄一般不超过50周岁，能全职到岗。学术业绩特别突出的，可适当放宽年龄限制。

协助院长推进学科建设规划与发展、学术与科研管理与运行、高层次人才引进和学科带头人培育以及国际合作交流和中外合作办学项目。

Zhejiang University is seeking candidates and nominations for the position of Academic Vice Dean of International Business School (ZIBS).

ZIBS is situated at the International Campus, Zhejiang University, in the city of Haining, 80 miles southwest of Shanghai and 50 miles northeast of Hangzhou. The International Campus is the major initiative of the University’s internationalization strategy.

4. is able to implement the strategic vision to strengthen ZIBS and lead it toward its core mission to become a leading global business education ecosystem;

5. is fluent in Chinese and superiorly confident in multi-cultural contexts;

6. has profound understanding of global trends, national priorities and Yangtze River Delta regional development strategies.
