2em;"><strong>第十八条</strong> 学校根据生源省份的招生计划数，结合生源分布情况，与省级招生考试机构协商确定调阅考生档案的要求。按照平行志愿投档的批次，调档比例原则上控制在105%以内。按照顺序志愿投档的批次，学校调阅考生档案的比例原则上控制在120%以内。其它类型招生调阅档规则按教育部相关政策规定执行。</p> <p></p> <p style="line-height: 2em;"><strong>第十九条</strong> 我校除飞行技术专业外，按照教育部及各省级招生考试机构确定的增加分数或降低分数投档的考生，在录取和安排专业时以投档成绩（含政策性加分）为准。</p> <p></p> <p style="line-height: 2em;"><strong>第二十条</strong> 按照顺序志愿投档的批次,在第一志愿考生生源不足的情况下，将按照考生投档成绩由高到低择优录取非第一志愿考生，直至完成该批次招生计划。若符合条件的非第一志愿考生生源仍不足，将征集志愿。按照平行志愿投档的批次，未完成的计划也将征集志愿。征集志愿仍不足，则将该批次剩余计划调剂到其他生源质量好的省份完成招生计划。</p> <p></p> <p style="line-height: 2em;"><strong>第二十一条</strong> 对拟录取普通类考生的专业安排，在思想政治品德考核和体检均合格的前提下，根据考生高考投档成绩，按照分数优先的原则录取，即从高分到低分依据考生专业志愿顺序逐一分配专业，不设专业志愿级差。高考投档成绩完全相同的情况下，理工类考生依次比较数学、外语成绩高者优先录取，文史类考生依次比较语文、外语成绩高者优先录取。</p> <p style="line-height: 2em;">飞行技术专业录取规则按照中国民用航空局当年确定的录取标准，在合格名单内以高考文化成绩从高分到低分顺序录取。其中天津市、河北省、山东省的考生录取采取合并送培单位全部生源进行排序，按照高考文化成绩（不包括政策性加分）从高分到低分顺序录取，高考文化成绩相同时按照外语成绩从高分到低分顺序录取，招生计划录满为止。</p> <p 2em;">民航企事业单位定向生须符合学校定向专业录取要求，并按省级教育考试机构的报考要求填报定向志愿。学校将在省级教育考试机构划定的分数线上，从已投档考生中按高考投档成绩从高到低择优录取。学校定向就业招生计划在调档分数线上不能完成时，可在学校调档分数线下10分以内、同批录取控制分数线以上根据考生定向志愿择优录取，最终录取规则须以教育部及相关省份招生考试机构文件精神及要求为准；被录取的定向考生在入学报到前，须按规定与相关定向单位签订定向就业协议书，若无故拒签协议，视为考生自动放弃录取，按教育部相关规定取消其入学资格。</p> <p style="line-height: 2em;">高水平运动队，空中乘务专业、民航空中安全保卫专业按当年相应的招生简章确定的录取办法及录取政策执行。</p> <p></p> <p style="line-height: 2em;"><strong>第二十二条</strong> 对于进档考生，其所填报的专业志愿都无法满足时，若服从专业调剂，根据考生投档成绩从高到低在招生计划尚未完成且符合专业录取要求的范围内安排专业，否则作退档处理。</p> <p></p> <p style="line-height: 2em;"><strong>第二十三条</strong> 对于实施高考综合改革的省份，我校按相应省级招生考试机构确定的投档录取政策执行。对于上海市生源，进档考生在同分情况下的专业分配规则为依次比较该专业规定选考科目成绩之和；语、数、外成绩之和；数、外成绩之和；数学成绩；成绩高者优先录取。</p> <p style="line-height: 2em;">对于江苏省考生，学业水平测试要求：两门选测科目等级要求为BB及以上，必测科目及技术均合格。进档考生按照投档分由高到低录取，当考生投档分相同时，专业志愿顺序靠前的考生优先录取，当考生专业志愿顺序也相同时，则数学、语文、外语三门成绩（含附加分）总分高的考生优先录取，再相同时，依次按照数学、语文、外语单科（含附加分）成绩由高到低录取。</p> <p></p> <p style="line-height: 2em;"><strong>第二十四条</strong> 中国民航大学中欧航空工程师学院是经教育部批准的中外合作办学机构，是我校系统引进法国精英工程师培养模式和法国航空工程师培养的优质教育资源开展的“精英教育”，主要以“工科试验班”为招生专业名称，从部分省市直接招生，培养分为“预科”和“工程师”两个阶段，学历层次相当于国内的本科+硕士。要求报考的考生数学、外语单科成绩优异，高考投档成绩须超过当地一本线或自主招生最低控制线规定分数。各地具体规定分数：海南140分；内蒙古、新疆120分；黑龙江、陕西110分；河北105分；贵州、云南100分；辽宁95分；广西、甘肃、天津90分；河南85分；福建、山东、重庆、吉林80分；湖南、安徽、四川75分；山西、江西、湖北70分；上海65分；浙江25分；江苏20分。已报到的优秀理工类本科新生入校后还有机会参加中欧航空工程师学院组织的校内选拔，具体选拔办法将在我校招生网站公布。</p> <p></p> <p style="line-height: 2em;"><strong>第二十五条</strong> 根据各省（市、自治区）投档考生专业志愿填报情况，学校有权与省级招生考试机构协商调整各专业招生计划。在生源不足的省份，学校有权与省级招生考试机构协商撤回该省部分招生计划。尤其是飞行技术、空中乘务、民航空中安全保卫等专业，涉及到航空公司定向培养，招生计划需根据生源情况在全国范围内调配，需各省级招生考试机构支持、配合。</p> <p></p> <p style="line-height: 2em;"><strong>第二十六条</strong> 学校鼓励优秀学生报考。对于进入各省（市、自治区）高考成绩排序前1%的考生录取到我校（以省级招生考试机构核实的信息为准），入学后可申请免除四年学费; 文科前2%、理科前4%的考生, 可申请新生奖学金2000元（不含前1%学生）。</p> <p style="line-height: 2em;">学校实施“蓝天学子计划”，选拔资助优秀学生出国交流、游学和留学深造。</p> <p></p> <p style="line-height: 2em;"><strong>第二十七条</strong> 我校是中国民用航空局直属的培养高级工程技术和管理人才的高等学校，对民航企事业单位有特别需求的专业，对于录取到我校的普通类型本科考生，在满足学校相关条件的前提下，可调整其专业。若满足下列条件者，学校在第一学期提供一次免试转专业的机会，只要学生符合申请专业的录取要求便可转入该专业学习。</p> <p style="line-height: 2em;">北京、上海、江苏、广东等民航企事业单位和人才需求集中省份考生，高考成绩位于我校在该省份本科批次录取人数的前10%。</p> <p style="line-height: 2em;">浙江省考生高考投档成绩超该省一段分数线50分（含）以上，或高考成绩中选考科目成绩达到单科100分、或双科97分、或三科94分以上（含）。</p> <p style="line-height: 2em;">其他省份考生高考投档成绩超该省一本线90分以上（含）（按750分满分计）。对于本科批次合并省份，一本线标准按该省份公布的当年高考自主招生最低控制线执行。</p> <p></p> <p style="line-height: 2em;"><strong>第二十八条</strong> 入学通知书由学校招生办公室按学生档案中的地址邮寄。录取结果将在学校招生网站上公布。</p> <p></p> <p style="line-height: 2em;">第六章 收费标准、奖助学金及其他</p> <p></p> <p style="line-height: 2em;"><strong>第二十九条</strong> 学校按照天津市发展和改革委员会、天津市财政局、天津市教育委员会批准的学费标准收费。本科每年学费5200-5800元；空中乘务、民航空中安全保卫专业每年学费10000元，其余高职专业每年5500元。住宿费：4人间，每生每学年1200元； 6人间，每生每学年800元。以上收费标准如有调整，以最终价格主管部门批准的文件执行。</p> <p></p> <p style="line-height: 2em;"><strong>第三十条</strong> 学生可根据自己的实际情况申请国家助学*。学校指定专门部门负责学生*申请。学生可凭本人有效证件和乡镇或街道以上民政部门提供的家庭经济困难证明申请办理。</p> <p></p> <p style="line-height: 2em;"><strong>第三十一条</strong> 学生在校学习期间经过评选可获得各类优秀学生奖学金。学校设有校内奖学金；政府部门出资在我校设立的国家奖学金、国家励志奖学金、天津市人民政府奖学金、民航局长奖学金等；国内外民航企事业单位设立了各类奖学金20余项。每项奖学金的额度每年在1500元至15000元之间，奖学金覆盖达50%的学生。</p> <p style="line-height: 2em;">按定向招生计划录取的学生享有企业设立的定向奖学金（用于交纳学生学费、住宿费）。</p> <p></p> <p style="line-height: 2em;"><strong>第三十二条</strong> 学校设有勤工助学岗位，用以资助困难学生；政府部门和国内外民航企事业单位出资在我校设立了各类助学金10余项。助学金100%覆盖家庭经济困难学生。学校承诺不让一个学生因家庭经济困难而失学。</p> <p></p> <p style="line-height: 2em;"><strong>第三十三条</strong> 新生持录取通知书和学校规定的有关证件，按期到校办理入学手续，无论何种原因不能按期入学者，应提前向学校招生办公室请假，对未经学校同意逾期不报到的学生，视为自行放弃入学资格。</p> <p></p> <p style="line-height: 2em;"><strong>第三十四条</strong> 学校不委托任何中介机构或个人进行招生录取工作，不收取国家规定外的任何费用。凡以我校名义进行非法招生宣传等活动的中介机构或个人，我校保留依法追究其责任的权利。</p> <p></p> <p style="line-height: 2em;"><strong>第三十七条</strong> 本章程自发布之日起生效。学校以往有关招生工作的规定、简章等与本章程相冲突时，以本章程为准。</p> <p></p>
