2022年全球高端管理联盟国际游学周（Global Network Week）活动于3月14日正式开启，各联盟院校的课程将持续一周。今年，人大商学院MBA项目共80人参与其他联盟院校课程，另有联盟院校40人申请人大课程的学习。

本期开始，我们随时送上游学周“前方”信息，让参与的小伙伴们带领大家共同感受不同院校、不同课程、不同文化带来的惊喜与收获！

EGADE Business School

以前没有接触过墨西哥这个国家，此次GNW课程让我发现，墨西哥人民实在太热情可爱啦！提早半个多月就收到了校方的邮件收集地址，因为要给我们邮寄墨西哥的特产糖果，这样在最后一节课大家就能一起品尝墨西哥之味。事实是，我竟然真的在上课的第一天收到了糖果，并且几位教授轮番提醒——大家千万不要提前打开自己吃掉！

课程中，老师和助教能够关注到每一个同学。第一节课专门安排了Warm Up环节，随机一对一认识同学，通过展示个人的Identity去互相认识，然后再回到大教室向所有人介绍自己的“伙伴”，特别聪明温暖地让所有同学都互相迅速熟悉起来。

INCAE Business School

The topic for the Global Network Week of INCAE Business School in in Costa Rica is

Relevant learning materials and different Zoom links have been uploaded on the official website, so I am very much clear about the learning progress and course arrangement.

The first class was taught by Prof. Lawrence Pratt, a very knowledgeable professor who analyzed sustainability through many cases and theories. He expected us to question and challenge with each other, and participate in discussions, which is my preferred teaching style. I\'m so happy to continue with this wonderful trip.

Seoul National University Business School

学术交流周已经进入第一天，首尔大学小组也顺利融入游学周活动当中，与五十余位同学一同开启高速运转模式！

开启知识模块的是一次互动交流Session，大家被随机分进12个小组，相互认识彼此，了解彼此参与游学周的原因和最想了解的内容。韩娱小哥哥、汽车工业大佬、资深HR从业者、即将升级妈妈的气场小姐姐......大家立足各自的“人设定位”，从不同视角对同一课题进行讨论，这一过程让大家深感充实。同学们带来的多元文化和行业背景激发出更多的思想碰撞，这也让我们更加期待接下来的课程。

UBC Sauder School of Business

Sustainable Development Goals, Cities, and Inclusive Prosperity as organized by the UBC Sauder School of Business was kicked off on 14 March 2022. In total, 54 students with different culture backgrounds from renowned business schools all over the world took part in this course.

Professor Murali Chandrashekaran welcomed us all and gave a brief introduction, including the overview of campus, theme of this course and the schedule of this week, dividing students into 10 teams for the discussion consequently. Through the introduction of the first class, the students learned about the campus of UBC, understood its culture, made some new friends, and practiced communicating with virtual teams. We will spend an unforgettable and fruitful study tour week together.

Yale School of Management

2020级赵治翔与2021级王慧宇、刘思成、谢鲁博、王帆、王丁喆、肖骁共7位人大MBA同学参与了耶鲁大学“

本门课程旨在介绍消费者、投资者、员工和管理者等在不同场景下的行为研究，以及各种类型的行为倾向对管理的影响。课程内容结合了心理学和社会科学，涵盖了消费者行为学、谈判思维、利用行为科学做出更好抉择、框架效应、影响力和说服力、行为金融学等内容。

在第一天的课程中，Gal Zauberman教授通过大量实验数据揭示与体验相关的消费心理，以及企业如何影响消费决策，以风趣幽默的讲授方式介绍了谈判思维的关键要素和运用技巧。课程配合多样的课堂互动，给大家带来全新的视听体验。
