David joined Vermilion in 2009, following three years with Ernst & Young’s transaction advisory team in London.

Vermilion Partners is an affiliate of Natixis SA, a member of Groupe BPCE, one of the largest banking groups in Europe. With extensive experience in management, investment, and advisory services, Vermilion has completed approximately 300 projects for over 100 clients.

David is a Chartered Accountant and holds a BA in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from the University of Oxford. He is based in Shanghai and speaks fluent Mandarin.

David是一名特许会计师，拥有牛津大学的哲学、政治和经济学学士学位，现任银硃合伙人。在2009年加入银硃之前，他曾在安永（伦敦总部）的交易咨询团队积累了丰富经验。

银硃（Vermilion Partners）隶属于法国外贸银行，是欧洲最大的银行集团之一BPCE集团的成员。公司拥有丰富的管理、投资和顾问经验，已为100多家客户完成了约300个项目，包括跨国公司、中型企业及政府部门。

大学毕业后，David曾在北京学习中文，对中国市场有着强烈的探索欲望。于是在伦敦工作一段时间后，他决定选择重回中国。自那时起，他专注于为中国多个行业的国际客户提供收购和合资建议，涉及领域广泛。他成功完成了包括Tate & Lyle收购Winway在内的多项重要交易。如今，David常驻上海，能够用中文流畅自如地进行交流。

Nick completed his undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering at Imperial College London.

Nickiscurrently furthering his education as a member of the Class of 2023 in the FMBA FT+ program. Nick's multifaceted background and continuous pursuit of knowledge make him a dynamic and well-rounded professional.

2011年，尼克在伦敦帝国理工学院获得机械工程学士学位后，他开启了他的首次中国之旅。这趟旅程激发了他对中国的浓厚兴趣。数月之后，他重返中国寻求职业发展。

从工程领域到电信网络设备再到独立门户，尼克对包括水泵、电信、产品开发、创业等在内的多个领域进行了深入的探索。

目前，尼克的职业生涯已经步入了一个相对稳定的阶段。为了不断挑战自我和追求更高的职业目标，他选择加入FMBA FT+项目，学习最前沿的专业知识，拓宽自己的国际视野和跨界商业思维。
