src="/uploads/image/2018/20180330/16c82ff8f8b2e44dceba286151c75ebb.jpg"><p></p> <p><span>吴志强院士从城镇化、未来城市与智能规划三个方面展开阐述，带领大家了解了智能化城市规划，学习了先进的规划理念，不仅促使了MBA学生在管理方面的思考，而且增长了他们规划事业和人生的智慧。</span></p> <p></p> <p><span>吴志强院士首先讲述了城市的发展阶段，在他看来，城市发展要经历三个阶段——城、市、网。</span></p> <p></p> <p><span>“城”是城市最早的形态。早期社会中，人类将创造出的物质精神文明成果围在以“土”为主的封闭空间，通过有效地管理方法使数以百万计的人口在其内有条不紊地运作。这是城市第一阶段的“城”。</span></p> <p></p> <p><span>宋代以前，我国的城市一直以这种守“城”的形式存在。宋代时，人们发现如果只守住城里的精神产品和物质产品是不够的，还必须进行生产、交流、交往。由此产生了以街道为主的城市形式，相互之间穿插、交往、交流、交换。从某种意义上来说，从此中国走上了现代社会发展道路，这是城市发展的第二个阶段——“市”。</span></p> <p><span></span></p> <p><span>吴志强院士认为，城市发展的第三阶段是智慧阶段(网络阶段)，即不仅在城内建立交流交换关系，而且在此基础上，城外各个城市间也需构成一个全球的城市网络。人们需要做的就是认识到城市和文明发展的基本规律，理解如何通过做好城、市、网这三件事情，更好地促进社会发展。</span></p> <p></p> <p><span>从世界范围来看，大多数的发达国家是通过城镇化完成现代化的。因此，实现现代化，城镇化率的升高是势不可挡的。但城镇化率达到一定程度时，如果生产方式不转变，还是以体力为主的城镇化就会深陷泥潭，这在经济学中也称为中等收入陷阱。吴志强院士指出，目前中国的城镇化率已经达到58%，在这种情况下，是否走创新驱动道路已经至为关键。他强调必须要培养核心创新能力，改变生产生活方式，使我们国家转型为智力城镇化国家。</span></p> <p><span></span></p> <p><span><strong>智慧社会：未来城市规划离不开人工智能</strong></span></p> <p></p> <p><span>城市规划的模式一般分为问题导向、理想导向两种模式，但这两种模式都无规律可循。吴志强院士的研究团队提出了城市规划的第三条路——城市生命的规律导向，即解决好个人与社会、人类与自然、历史遗产和未来创新这三者之间的关系。根据人类的需求，从个体生活到社会生活再到人们精神的升华，找到城市存在的价值，从而确定未来城市的构架。</span></p> <p><span></span></p> <p><span>根据城市生命的规律导向设计出的城市构架，通过“大智移云”(大数据、人工智能、移动互联网技术、云计算)等技术手段，最终实现人与自然的和谐、人与社会的和谐、历史与未来的和谐这三大理想。</span></p> <p></p> <p><span>吴志强院士指出，未来城市将经历工业4.0，并且只有通过“智生产+智生活+智生态”的方式才能走向智慧社会5.0，那时，整个城市将实现智慧社会。</span></p> <p></p> <img src="/uploads/image/2018/20180330/9f706eff5ca101fbe07643d4f105961f.jpg"><p></p> <p><span><strong>智能城市的建设</strong></span></p> <p><span><b></b></span></p> <p><span>讲座现场，吴志强院士还展示了若干未来智能城市建设的模型。</span></p> <p><span></span></p> <p><span>“城市中枢”——智能城市建设总控平台。在2015智能城市群落决策平台上，全球城市的数据实时更新，积累超过120亿条有效数据。这些数据是在城市群落中综合城市发展、经济、社会、自然等全方位的数据信息，是兼具线上线下综合诊断和城市展示的智能中心。</span></p> <p></p> <p><span>CIM(城市智能模型)平台——以城市信息数据为基数，建立起三维城市空间模型和城市信息的有机综合体，实现城市人口、能耗、就业岗位、租赁情况等的精细分析和管理。从2017年起，吴志强院士的团队正式推出“城市树”。将跨度40年的13810个城市的数据全部叠加后，每座城市都形成了属于它自己的一棵数据树，通过数据化的展示，能有效地辨识城市的生长方式，从而分析出一座城市将会如何“成长”。</span></p> <p></p> <p><span>城市智能推演平台——促使城市永续发展。根据“城市树”的数据，将城市进行大规模分类，了解其发展状况并对其进行推演。吴志强院士和他的团队在2017年9月完成了世界首个城市智能推演平台，构建了政府、城市规划师、开发商、市民围绕职、居、商、医、教、休的“四人下六子”的博弈模型，以人工智能推演城市永续发展。</span></p> <p><span></span></p> <p><span>吴志强院士进一步指出，城市规划的人工智能是复杂系统的人工智能，未来的城市一定是一个智慧社会，既要有智能的生产，还要有智能的生活，而城市规划这个曾经被认为是不科学的学科，一定会变成未来最科学的学科。</span></p> <p></p> <img
