Mr. Zhu Bo studied in the United States in early years. After graduation in 1992, he worked for well-known communications, IT and satellite companies like American Express and Qualcomm. With 20 years' experience in the Internet, IT and telecommunications industries, he had an extremely unique and keen insights on these sectors. His investment expanded to more than twenty startup firms such as CoverMe, DownTown, xTV, Weendy in the United States, a comprehensive coverage of the forefront of innovation.


早年留学美国,1992年毕业后就职于美国运通公司、高通公司等多家知名通信、IT和卫星企业,已有二十多年的互联网、IT和通讯从业经历,对这些领域有着极其独特和敏锐的见解。朱波先生在美国投资的CoverMe, DownTown, xTV, Weendy等二十余家Startup对创新前沿进行了全面覆盖。


As a serial entrepreneur, Mr. Zhu Bo established NeTrue communications company in the US in 1996, which was successfully listed in Canada in 1999 and was included in the lists of Global Top 500 communications companies and Global Top Ten IP telephone equipment and solutions providers by Bloomberg Businessweek. In 2004, he founded Cgogo in Beijing with the investment from Li Ka Shing fund.


朱波先生是连续创业者,1996年在美国创立了NeTrue通信公司,该公司1999年在加拿大成功上市,被美国商业周刊评为全球通信行业500强和全球十佳IP电话设备和解决方案提供商。2004年在北京创立Cgogo,得到李嘉诚基金的投资。

Entrepreneurship is concerned with the VCs, startup companies and founders. The objective in this course is to introduce the VC investment to students and give a basic description about how to start a new company.


The course is organized around active learning through case analysis, in-class exercises and simulations. These learning activities drive, reinforce and personalize the content learning. The learning in the classroom is based on interaction among class members (including the instructor).


The elites cultivated by the SISU MBA program should have a global vision. They should be cultured persons with strong trouble-shooting abilities, and they should also be capable of mastering foreign languages and conducting cross-cultural communication.
