Can executive education still help to build a career?There is a debate on whether executive education enhances managerial careers. Rodolfo Morandin

HR Director, Pirelli Asia Pacific

倍耐力亚太区人力资源总监

Mr Morandin has been leading the HR team at Pirelli in Italy and the UK before taking up the role for Asia Pacific region. He also has a wealth of experience in sales and marketing.

担任亚太区人力资源总监之前，Morandin先生曾长期领导倍耐力意大利和英国分公司的人力资源团队。此外，Morandin先生还拥有丰富的营销经验。

Doug Davies

Associate Professor 副教授

IBSS 西浦国际商学院副教授

Dr Davies has worked as an industry practitioner and an academic for 25 years in Australia before moving to China. He is the Programme Director of the BA in Human Resource Management at IBSS.

来中国之前，Davies教授在澳大利亚拥有25年的产业和教学经历。现为西浦国际商学院人力资源管理本科课程及研究型硕士项目主管。

Chongro Lee

IMBA Student

Chongro has worked for Bosch Automotive Diesel Systems Co., Ltd. in Wuxi as a senior HR manager. He develops and implements the organization's human resource strategy to achieve its current and future business objectives by leading HR business partners and C&B experts. Before he started his overseas assignment in 2013, he worked as a plant HR manager in Bosch, South Korea. He joined IMBA in 2014.

Hannah Han

IMBA Student

Hannah is the HR Manager for Shure Electronics which is located in Suzhou, China and Bangkok, Thailand. As the talent development champion, Hannah is leading efforts in developing high levels of employee engagement, developing and managing the Human Resource policy and best practice, and implementing training to assure highly skilled and competitive workforce.
