　　2. Please introduce the career development of TiasNimbas Business School alumnus. Where they work after the MBA program? Netherlands or somewhere else?

　　TiasNimbas Business School MBA Program is designed for “General Management”. So students can work in any kind of industries. Recently, we had alumni working for Philips in Netherlands as a Global HR Project Manager, in Philips China as a Financial Controller. You can find a Chinese MBA alumna’s testimonial as attached.

　　According to our MBA career statistics, around 40% of our students got jobs through their 3-month in-company Management Projects. This year, we have 2 Chinese MBA students doing Management Projects with KLM Airlines in the Netherlands and BoehringerIngelheim in Germany.

　　Over 50% of the 2010 Full-Time MBA graduates changed industries. Their pre-MBA backgrounds were:

　　66% Global Industry (Inc: Consumer products, Industrial products, Health-Care and Energy)

　　And 78% of the Non-European Full-Time MBA graduates found a job in Europe after graduation.

　　3. Do they, as Chinese students, get a special treatment from the school (tuition, scholarship…), and from the government (how long are they allowed to stay in the country after graduation, immigration, help to find a job….

　　TiasNimbas Business School allocates the highest scholarship budgets for Chinese MBA applicants with scholarship up to 30,000 Euros about 80% tuition waiver (original tuition fee is 37,500 Euros). The Chinese students can apply for a one-year Search Year Visa after graduation to continue searching for jobs in the Netherlands as well as in other 26 EU member countries.

　　After completed my Bachelor study in Law in 2006, I started my career in HR function in Carrier Corporation. As an identified young talent in Carrier, I got the opportunities to have job rotations as HR Business Partner, Engagement Project Manager, Recruiter and HR Planning & Analysis Officer. 　　The strengths of the TiasNimbas Full-time MBA Programme are the small class scale, location and cooperative study environment. Due to these three elements listed above, I indeed had a very nice year in TiasNimbas. This one year successfully helped me to adapt to the western culture and improve language skills. Compare to what I invested in this program, I got much more on the output. Saying this, I also strongly recommended our Management Project Programme. TiasNimbas has many contacts with companies in the Netherlands and Germany. This advantage gives students a great opportunity to have their Management Projects with their potential future employers. For non-Dutch students, this is a very important step for their job hunting. Take my class for example, when we graduated in Dec 2010, almost all the employed classmates found jobs in the companies they did Management Projects. I, myself, was also part of them! I did my Management Project in Philips, and now I am a HR Project Manager in Philips as well. In the end, I would say the most important thing is you, yourself.
