Customer-based strategies offer efficient solutions to the increasing challenge of sustained growth.
INSEAD, under the initiative of Jean-Claude Larréché, started developing that theme through a series of very successful annual conferences. Based on the reactions of last year’s conference participants, this site was extended to serve not only as information giving about the conference but to promote the dialogue among colleagues interested in customer-based strategies as a basis for sustained growth. This is why our newly designed web site now incorporates a direct link to blogs on key themes identified during the 2012 CSSG conference.
We are also pleased to announce the 2013 edition of INSEAD’s conference on Customer Strategies for Sustained Growth June 20-21 2013 .
The objective of the conference is to gather an international group of academics across business disciplines interested in bringing the issue of Customer Strategies for Sustained Growth to the curriculum of Business Schools, and to share information from research and teaching materials related to this topic.
