柏科福博士现任荷兰皇家飞利浦高级副总裁兼全球创新管理负责人。他是皇家飞利浦创新委员会成员，负责全球创新战略和投资组合管理，推动跨业务和市场的创新，与合作伙伴共同开拓整体解决方案，并通过创新为飞利浦创造新的业务。

柏科福博士于2016年10月开始担任目前的职位。他带领飞利浦全球创新管理团队与业务集团共同制定创新战略和投资组合，以实现飞利浦到2030年每年改善30亿人口健康生活的使命。他负责飞利浦创新战略和产品管理、战略合作、飞利浦全球临床研究委员会、新业务开拓创新、以及飞利浦全球创新中心战略和布局。

柏科福博士1999年12月在德国波鸿鲁尔大学获得物理学博士学位后，一直在皇家飞利浦公司历任领导职位。

Dr. Christopher Busch is currently Senior Vice President of Royal Philips and Head of Global Innovation Management. He is a member of Royal Philips’ Innovation Board, responsible for global innovation strategy and portfolio management, driving innovation across businesses and markets, developing integrated solutions across the health continuum and creating new business through innovation for Philips.

Dr. Christopher Busch began in his current role in Oct 2016. He has led Philips Global Innovation Management team to work together with the Philips businesses to shape the innovation strategy and portfolio to fit the ambition of Philips to improve the lives of 3 Billion people per year by 2030. Key activities are the management of the total Philips Innovation portfolio, Public-Private Partnerships, the Philips Clinical Research Board, the New Business Creation Office, the Research Program Office and the development of the Philips Innovation Hub strategy.

Dr. Busch has been with Philips in varying roles since December 1999 after getting his PhD in Physics from the Ruhr-University Bochum, Germany.
