The co-founders possess International Business School Masters followed by International Engineering and IT Consulting Company Management experience in Amaris, a Swiss International Consulting Group.

Experts in relevant fields (Management, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Business Intelligence, Big Data...) with both operational and recruitment experience.

Proficiency in having performed hundreds of interviews for high-level consulting positions, both technical and functional.

The main content

-Upstream information research:

anticipating interviewers’ true expectations in order to address them more efficiently.

-Self-introduction skills:

using the 10min of introduction time at the beginning of the interview to showcase skills the interviewer most wants to hear about.

-Question/interruption handling skills:

having a useful methodology to deal with interruptions and unforeseen questions during interviews.

Introduction of the company

Qalista was created to address the ongoing issues many professionals who target international companies face during their career evolutions: job interviews. While many professionals have extensive knowledge and experience concerning their areas of expertise, the majority of specialties do not prepare for actual job interviews, in international environments.
